1. Welcome and opening remarks from the Board Chair.
2. Review of the minutes from the previous AGM
3. Presentation of the 2022 Annual Report by the Secretary-General
4. Financial report by the Director of Finances
5. Presentation of the 2022 audit report
6. Discussion of the society’s achievements and challenges by the VP
7. Any other business
8. Closing remarks from the President
